In a general sense, technology is any tool that solves a problem or helps get a task done — a wheel, a ledger, a filing cabinet. A tool serves a task. When technology gets hard to operate or change, it's not doing a good job.
In modern terms, technology has become strongly associated with computers or the software running on them. That's where we come in: to make the parts of running your business that require software easy.
A clear, fast site that says who you are, what you do, and how to reach you. Written with you, not around you.
Built years ago, slow on a phone, and nobody's sure how to edit it. We rebuild it as something current that you can actually update yourself.
A site nobody can find is a site you don't have — right now someone is searching for what you sell and calling the next name on the list. We fix the listings, maps, hours and reviews so they reach you instead.
The spreadsheet everyone edits at once. The intake form still on paper. We build the small internal tool that does that one job properly.
And then we stay
We don't hand you a pile of files and disappear. We keep the site hosted, backed up, updated and secure — and when something needs changing, you email one person and it gets done.

Technology Solutions is a small, Charlotte based consultancy, backed by eight years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
We work the way a good contractor does: look at what's actually there, tell you plainly what's worth doing, and finish it. If the honest answer is that you don't need us, we'll say that too.
